The D-D Aqua-Pro Reef 900 is a premium sump-based marine aquarium designed for reef keepers who want a high-quality, flexible system with a clean contemporary finish. Its 90cm length and 56cm height provide a generous viewing area while remaining practical for aquascaping and maintenance.
Aquarium Features
The 90 × 50 × 56cm display aquarium is manufactured from ultra-clear, low-iron glass with polished edges, black silicone joints and a clean, braceless design.
A central black-glass ‘invisible’ weir is designed to blend into the rear of the aquarium, providing a clear view from three sides. The removable D-D UltraFlow weir comb maximises water flow, while the twin-pipe overflow system and gate valve allow quiet, precisely controlled operation.
The aquarium also includes a black vinyl background, pre-fitted base mat, directional return pipe, flare nozzle and random-flow generator.
Cabinet Features
The matching cabinet is manufactured in the UK and supplied fully assembled. Its sleek, handle-free design features push-to-open doors, fully adjustable soft-close hinges and quick-release doors for easy access during maintenance.
Large rear openings provide space for pipework and cables while improving ventilation and helping to reduce moisture build-up inside the cabinet.
Sump Features
The Aqua-Pro Reef 900 includes a 6mm glass, three-chamber sump designed to offer plenty of flexibility for filtration equipment.
Two large equipment chambers can accommodate items such as a protein skimmer, media reactors or calcium reactor, or one can be used as a refugium. A separate return-pump chamber sits alongside the integrated freshwater top-up reservoir.
The sump is ClariSea SK3000 and SK5000-ready, with an optional removable filter-sock holder available when ordering.
