Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order:

Orders under 2kg

Orders over 2kg and up to 15kg

Note: We currently ship within the UK only.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is dispatched.
If you haven’t received tracking within 3 days of ordering, please get in touch.

Delivery Issues & Damages

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can assist you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
