D-D Aqua-Pro Reef Peninsula 900 Tank & Framed Cabinet

The D-D Aqua-Pro Reef Peninsula 900 is a premium sump-based marine aquarium designed to create a striking reef display that can be viewed from multiple sides. Its 90cm length and extra-deep 75cm width provide excellent space for a central aquascape, making it ideal for use as a room divider or statement feature within the home.

Aquarium Features

The 90 × 75 × 56cm display aquarium is manufactured from ultra-clear, low-iron glass with polished edges, black silicone joints and a clean, braceless design.

A central black-glass ‘invisible’ weir is positioned at one end of the aquarium, helping to maintain a clear view from three sides. The removable D-D UltraFlow weir comb allows increased water flow, while the twin-pipe overflow system and gate valve provide quiet, precisely controlled operation.

The aquarium also includes a black vinyl background at the weir end, pre-fitted base mat, directional return pipe, wide outlet nozzle and random-flow generator.

Cabinet Features

The matching cabinet is manufactured in the UK and supplied fully assembled. Its sleek, contemporary design is created to suit the dual-aspect layout of the peninsula aquarium.

Opening doors are fitted on one side of the cabinet, with matching faux doors on the opposite side to maintain a balanced appearance. A large opening at the end provides ventilation and access for pipework and cables, while the open interior provides plenty of space for filtration equipment.

AquaFrame Features

The Peninsula 900 is supplied with D-D’s AquaFrame cabinet, built around a corrosion-resistant aircraft-grade aluminium frame with industrial-strength fittings.

The cabinet includes adjustable feet for accurate levelling, a fully waterproof baseboard and a slide-out internal divider for greater flexibility when arranging equipment. Push-to-open, soft-close doors and quick-release hinges make maintenance access straightforward, while interchangeable outer panels allow the cabinet finish to be changed in the future without replacing the full frame.

Sump Features

The Aqua-Pro Reef Peninsula 900 includes a 6mm glass, multi-chamber sump designed to provide flexible space for reef filtration equipment.

Two large chambers can accommodate equipment such as a protein skimmer, media reactors or calcium reactor, or one can be used as a refugium. A dedicated return-pump chamber sits alongside the integrated 17-litre freshwater top-up reservoir.

The sump is ClariSea SK3000 and SK5000-ready, with an optional removable filter-sock arrangement available when ordering.
