D-D Aqua-Pro Aquascaper 1200 Tank & Framed Cabinet

The D-D Aqua-Pro Aquascaper 1200 with Framed Cabinet is a premium freshwater aquarium designed specifically for planted aquascapes. Its 120cm length and 60cm front-to-back depth provide excellent perspective for layering plants, wood and stone, while the relatively low 46cm height makes planting and maintenance easier.

Aquarium Features

The 120 × 60 × 46cm aquarium is manufactured from ultra-clear, low-iron glass for excellent clarity, with fully polished edges and strong clear silicone joints.

Its wider-than-tall proportions are ideal for aquascaping, giving plenty of depth for creating foreground, midground and background planting while maintaining easy access to the full aquarium.

A protective foam base mat is pre-fitted beneath the tank to help cushion and support the glass.

Cabinet Features

The matching cabinet is designed to complement the clean, contemporary appearance of the aquarium while providing plenty of internal space for external filters, CO₂ equipment, electrics and storage.

Soft-close hinges are fully adjustable and include a quick-release mechanism, allowing the doors to be easily removed for improved access. Push-to-open doors maintain the sleek, handle-free finish, while large rear openings provide plenty of space for filter hoses, cables and airline tubing.

AquaFrame Features

This version is supplied with D-D’s AquaFrame metal cabinet, an optional upgrade available for the Aquascaper 1200.

The pre-assembled frame is manufactured from corrosion-resistant aircraft-grade aluminium and secured using custom stainless-steel brackets and high-strength rivets. Adjustable feet allow accurate levelling, while the fully waterproof baseboard provides additional protection inside the cabinet.

The decorative outer panels can also be changed independently, allowing the cabinet colour to be updated in the future without replacing the complete frame.
